If you’re a beleaguered liberal suffering from Trump poisoning the best way to start your day is with coffee, a newspaper, and a piping hot AOC clapback.
Yessir no legal substance will perk you up like watching America’s most idealistic and most feared member of Congress smack aside every conservative troll who comes at her.
Sometimes that troll is the End Boss himself: Donald Trump.
When asked about Ocasio-Cortez calling him a racist, at one of his patented, deafening helicopter-side press conferences, Trump waved the remark aside, saying “Who cares?”
Here’s a second angle of Trump’s reaction:

A lot of people, Donald. A lot of people care.
Ocasio-Cortez was quick to respond to the moment on Twitter, getting in several good digs at Trump in the process.
First she equated his dismissive behavior to that of a boorish bar patron.
I bartended for *years* in New York City. I understand guys like this like the back of my hand.— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) January 14, 2019
We got under his skin ?⬇️ https://t.co/SUXDVVY5tM
Then she really went for the jugular, suggesting that Trump’s income maybe me much smaller than he claims.
I’d say we’d be taxing 70% of Trump’s income, but he probably hasn’t made more than $10 million in years - and that’s the real reason he’s hiding his taxes ?— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) January 14, 2019
We are still waiting on that tax return that Trump has never revealed and many have speculated, like Ocasio-Cortez, that Trump’s shady finances and perhaps less than impressive wealth may be the reason.
AOC’s supporters were in agreement with the Congresswoman’s sentiments.

Agreed, his net worth is likely minimal. At least one Russian oligarch has propped him up with loans. https://t.co/ta2q4cVAj5— techweenie ? (@techweenie) January 14, 2019
I'd say it's not an either/or. Trump's refusing to release his taxes because he doesn't want us to know how little he's earned -- and he doesn't want us to know how he's earning it. https://t.co/3k56uKbaFX— Helaine Olen (@helaineolen) January 14, 2019
Indeed. This is his true fear: proof that his whole life is a fraud, built on lies, deceit and non-payment of others. That his perceived wealth is not the result of business acumen, but getting a few points on successfully laundering Russian mob money. He owns nothing. They do. https://t.co/raKwCCEq7I— Capt. Something @AOC is rarely credited on: she's one of the first members of Congress since Robert F. Kennedy to make issues like tax policy accessible to voters by using humor and clear examples to explain hazy ideas like marginal tax rates. https://t.co/eL2koMxxeX— Max Burns (@themaxburns) January 14, 2019
And in awe of her delivery.
