Meghan McCain, who’s been in hot water for clumsily attacking Rep. Ilhan Omar for “anti-Semitism” and her comments about legacy admissions to college, lashed out at President Trump on The View today over some nasty comments he made about her late father, Sen. John McCain.
Over the weekend, Trump attacked Sen. McCain, who died of brain cancer last year, for alerting the FBI that Trump’s campaign may have been getting help from Russia’s government during the 2016 election and voting against his Obamacare repeal.
Spreading the fake and totally discredited Dossier “is unfortunately a very dark stain against John McCain.” Ken Starr, Former Independent Counsel. He had far worse “stains” than this, including thumbs down on repeal and replace after years of campaigning to repeal and replace!

Trump also made sure to mention McCain wasn’t a stellar student, which is true, and suggested McCain wanted the dossier published, which is not true.
So it was indeed (just proven in court papers) “last in his class” (Annapolis) John McCain that sent the Fake Dossier to the FBI and Media hoping to have it printed BEFORE the Election. He & the Dems, working together, failed (as usual). Even the Fake News refused this garbage!

Meghan McCain snapped back at Trump, encouraging him to spend more time with his own family instead of attacking hers.
No one will ever love you the way they loved my father…. I wish I had been given more Saturday’s with him. Maybe spend yours with your family instead of on twitter obsessing over mine? https://t.co/q7ezwmHiQ4

Trump responded by retweeting a comment from one of his fawning admirers parroting his own attacks.
The Twitter back-and-forth was ready-made for a View segment, and one where Meghan McCain—who seems to only look at issues through the prism of her personal experience—was finally qualified to comment.
.@MeghanMcCain addresses Pres. Trump’s Saturday tweet criticizing her father Sen. John McCain: “He spends his weekend obsessing over great men because he knows it and I know it and all of you know it — he will never be a great man.”https://t.co/p6oiZYUr74 pic.twitter.com/8HSpllAcEz

“Your life is spent on your weekends not with your family, not with your friends, but obsessing—obsessing—over great men you could never live up to. That tells you everything you need to know about his pathetic life right now,” she said.
And, it’s true folks, the president is a petty assh*le with brain worms. As for me, I’ll let this tweet sum up my feelings:
It is absolutely despicable that the president would tweet something that helps Meghan McCain stay relevant https://t.co/v4o93reVhM
