Remember Michele Bachmann? No? I don’t blame you. Your brain probably deleted that knowledge to make room for more important information like the Jonas Brothers’ middle names or the price of Corn Flakes in your area.
Before we had our current crop of Bible-thumping conservative crazies like the My Pillow guy the former Congresswoman from Minnesota was the poster child of right wing religious insanity. Now she’s back in the news for opining on Donald Trump’s non-existent Christian faith, calling our porn-star-shtupping president “godly” and “Biblical,” saying:
“I will say to your listeners: In my lifetime I have never seen a more Biblical president than I see in Donald Trump. He is so impressed me with what he’s done…and we haven’t even talked about Israel, what he’s done to advance Israel…He is highly Biblical and I saw to your listeners, we will in all likelihood never see a more godly, Biblical president again in our lifetimes. So we need to be not only praying for him, we need to support him, in my opinion, in every possible way that we can.”
According to Right Wing Watch, Bachmann made the comments in an appearance on the presumably-bonkers radio show “Understanding the Times” where she also said a bunch of other crazy stuff about the “deep state” and “cultural Marxism.”

When did they discharge that insane woman from the mental institution ?

I’d say Michelle Bachmann’s brain is broken but that presumes a mythological past in which she was sane.

His thinking that he is a god does not make him godly.

Apparently God is a sexual predator, steals from charity, pays millions for fraud, makes fun of the disabled, cheats on his taxes, likes to be spanked by porn stars. and is a racist. https://t.co/vW4K4L09ax

He's a thrice-married sexual abuser of women, He incites violence, fuels hatred, praises Nazis, attacks refugees seeking escape from danger. None of this seems to touch the cultists who are so disconnected from reality that they call this demagogue "godly" & "biblical." https://t.co/DfH8UcZaYL

Michele is either off her meds or has overdosed on one or more of them. Never in my 67 years have I heard or seen so many blatantly idiotic statements from so many people. Just can't wrap my head around their devotion to and defense of this man.

And God shall bring a great delusion upon them. He shall blind their eyes so they cannot behold the truth, because he has grown weary of their evil, and covetousness.
And there shall be a great falling away, and many shall perish from the weight of their sins.
