Internet Perfectly Responds To Horrible Person’s Comment About The Sri Lanka Attacks

A series of bombings in hotels and churches in Sri Lanka on Sunday killed at least 290 people and injured about 500 others, clearly a tragedy of horrific proportions. But that doesn’t keep people from being complete a-holes about it on social media. Like one unidentified man who responded on Reddit to a link about the attacks with a cruelly dismissive, “who f**king cares?”

But it just gets worse. The person who posted the beyond insensitive remark was rebuked by another unidentified Redditor, who wrote “Just a friendly reminder.. Strangers cared about your cousin’s medical issues when you posted a thread asking for help with his medical conditions.”

Wow. So this is a guy who says “who cares” to the death of hundreds, but who asked for (and received) help dealing with the illness of a family member from strangers on Reddit. What a pathetic hypocrite.

And people in the comments told him as much.

Big pile of trash right there.

Seems like he is only good at getting support but f**king sucks at giving.

Exactly! It would have been better if he hadn’t said anything

Many could be viewed as nicer people if they just stopped talking.

What is the saying, “Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt”?

“If you don’t have anything nice to say, shut the fuck up”.

Why post a comment if you don’t care? Move on to another post then.

He’s hoping deep down someone will agree and validate his shitty attitude

It’s awful when people say callous things like that, but some people on Reddit said they’d rather know than not know when someone is a rotten person.

I’d rather have them speak, at least we know they’re trash.

I sometimes feel like it’s better if we let them talk; let the rotten people reveal their rot so that people know to stay away from them and what kind of person they are.

Well, this person is not hiding his inner terribleness, he’s just letting his mean flag fly. Dude should just delete his account and log off forever.
