People Who Wear Both Butch And Femme Looks Are Sharing Their ‘Flyest’ Pics On Twitter

Gender is a social construct. We’re told from early on that girls and boys each look a certain way, but in reality, people’s looks and choice of clothing don’t have to confine to one gender or the other. In the LGBTQ+ community, the words “butch” (or “stud”) and “femme” represent people whose looks are toward one end of the spectrum or the other. And some folks, queer or not, feel comfortable dressing both ways, almost making them seem like two different people.

On Twitter, user @Artbaesel posted two pictures, one stud and one femme, and invited others to do the same.

The tweet went viral and the resulting thread contains all sorts of beautiful looks, feminine, masculine, and androgynous.
