Trump Responds To Beto O’Rourke Running For President With Ridicule

Recent Senate candidate and skateboarding Texan Beto O’Rourke is officially running for president in 2020 thereby joining the field of roughly 10,000,000,000 other Democratic hopefuls.

O’Rourke excited the left-leaning masses by running a very close race against widely-loathed senator and Wolverine-cosplayer Ted Cruz in Texas, though now he’ll face closer scrutiny as he hopes to win the hearts of Democrats at large.

O’Rourke announced he was running in a video in which he discussed how America is at a crossroads and so forth. It was pretty typical political boilerplate. But Donald Trump is an image and messaging guy, so when asked about O’Rourke’s announcement he didn’t address anything the presidential hopeful actually said, instead homing in on O’Rourke’s hand gestures in the video, which he called “crazy,” saying:

“Well I think he’s got a lot of hand movement. I’ve never seen so much hand movement. I said: ‘Is he crazy or is that just the way he acts?'”

It should be noted that this is the same man who spends his rallies either gesticulating in rapid loops with his finger pinched like he’s signing an oversized check or else gripping the podium like he’s going to pass out while sweat pours down his glowing face.

A picture of health and sanity. Also will this guy ever shut up about hands?

The ever-watchful citizens of the internet were quick to clown on Trump for his hypocrisy and weird Freudian hand obsession.
