Trump Just Had A Yuge Twitter Meltdown Over Mueller Investigation

President Donald Trump had yet another Twitter meltdown on Thursday in which he attacked special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian involvement in the 2016 election. And yes, he called it a “witch hunt,” again.

Trump tweeted that the Mueller investigation was “a total mess” and “absolutely nuts.” He claimed that Mueller’s people have been “screaming and shouting at people” in Trump’s administration.

A TOTAL WITCH HUNT LIKE NO OTHER IN AMERICAN HISTORY (EXCEPT FOR THE MCCARTHY ERA OR HI, THE SALEM WITCH TRIALS or any number of people having to face the consequences of their actions, which is not actually a witch hunt at all)!

Trump also made a reference to Mueller’s “gang of Democrat thugs,” and called him “highly conflicted” because he served under President Barack Obama. But Mueller is a registered Republican who was appointed by George W. Bush.

Trump claims that Facebook, Google, and Twitter are all “in favor” of the Democrats, and that’s “the real Collusion.”

Trump fired his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, the day after the midterms and bypassed deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein to appoint Matthew Whitaker as acting attorney general. Whitaker has been a vocal opponent of Mueller’s probe; he even wrote an op-ed where he said it should be curtailed.

So far several of Trump’s advisers have been indicted, including Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort, who, In August, was found guilty on eight counts of tax and bank fraud.
